Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 May 2026  ·  Effective: 17 May 2026

These Terms govern all service engagements between mcpdone ("we", "us") and you ("Client"). By accepting a written quote from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We offer three fixed-price service tiers:

Tier Price Delivery What's included
Audit $299 48 hours from intake completion 8–12 page written report, drop-in configuration files (settings.json, CLAUDE.md, hooks, 3–5 skills), security review, annotated walkthrough
Build $499 5 business days from intake completion One custom MCP server in a private GitHub repo, full test suite, deployment docs, one revision round, 30-day email support
Team Setup $999 7–10 business days from intake completion Hierarchical CLAUDE.md, 2–3 custom MCP servers, skill library (5–10 skills), hard-stop list, attribution-scrub hook, onboarding doc, 60-day email support

Engagements beyond these tiers are custom-scoped and priced separately by written agreement.

2. Quotes and engagement start

All engagements begin with a written quote sent by email. Work begins on your written acceptance of the quote. Delivery timelines start from the date we receive your completed intake form, not from the date of quote acceptance.

Scope changes requested after intake is complete may require a revised quote and revised delivery timeline.

3. Payment

Payment is invoiced on delivery. You verify the delivery first; payment is due within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Current payment methods: bank transfer (international SWIFT) or Stripe (once Stripe onboarding is complete). All prices are in USD.

The first three clients receive a 40% discount in exchange for a public testimonial. This discount is locked in at quote acceptance and does not expire.

4. Money-back guarantee

If shipped code does not pass its included test suite in a standard environment — Python 3.11+ or Node 18+ following the provided setup instructions — we will, at our option:

  1. Fix the issue and re-deliver within 5 business days, or
  2. Issue a full refund. No partial refunds.

To invoke the guarantee: email hello@mcpdone.com within 30 calendar days of delivery with a reproduction log showing the failure (OS, Python/Node version, exact command, full error output).

The guarantee covers the deliverable as specified in the accepted quote. It does not cover:

5. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, we assign to you all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the deliverables produced for your engagement. We retain no licence to use those deliverables or your confidential information for any other purpose.

We may reference the existence of the engagement (e.g., "we've delivered X type of project") for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of engagement. We will not publish your code, your company name, or project-specific details without your explicit written consent.

6. AI transparency

Delivery work — including audit reports, source code, configuration files, and documentation — is produced by Claude, an AI system made by Anthropic. All client-facing emails are reviewed and sent by a human operator. By engaging us, you acknowledge and accept that AI is used in the production of deliverables.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your project details, codebase information, API credentials, business context, and any other non-public information shared with us as strictly confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties except where required by law or with your prior written consent.

We work against the minimum access needed for each engagement. API credentials and access tokens are used only for the agreed work and are not stored beyond the engagement period.

A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available at no additional cost. Request it when accepting your quote.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any engagement — under contract, tort, or any other theory — is capped at the total fees paid by you for that engagement.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Warranties and disclaimers

We warrant that deliverables will pass their included test suites in a standard environment at the time of delivery (the basis of the money-back guarantee in section 4). We make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement beyond what is expressly stated.

AI-generated code, reports, and configuration carry the same inherent uncertainty as any software deliverable: you should review them and test them in your own environment before relying on them in production.

10. Third-party trademarks

Claude® and Claude Code® are registered trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. mcpdone is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Anthropic in any way. References to Claude and Claude Code on this site and in our deliverables refer to Anthropic's products.

Other product and company names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time you accept a quote governs that engagement. We will notify active clients by email of material changes.
